Creative & Marketing Manager

We are the official USA dealer for Hampton & Endurance yachts and have a close relationship with the manufacturing side. That’s why we’re seeking to add a highly talented and dedicated marketing professional to our Seattle team and the HYG family.

Who We’re Looking For:

Our ideal Marketing & Creative Manager is a highly organized and dynamic individual who is eager to take charge, while also willing to learn and expand their skill set. When they see opportunity for improvement, they take initiative. Since this position has broad responsibilities with minimal supervision, it is essential that it be filled by an individual with intellectual curiosity and a penchant for action.

This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for developing marketing campaigns for multi-million dollar product, while contributing to key elements of our customer lifecycle. We envision this as a role with plenty of room for growth and career development.

A Typical Day Might Include:

  • Developing print and digital ad campaigns and analyzing performance to optimize results
  • Refreshing our website with new content and up-to-date boat specifications
  • Planning out and putting together content for our quarterly magazine, including photographing behind-the-scenes from events like yacht commissioning, photoshoots, and deliveries
  • Collaborating with our Service Manager to create content and informational videos for our online owners forum
  • Creating marketing materials and trade dress for events like boat shows, VIP nights, open houses, or our annual rendezvous
  • Maintaining and building our brand identity for consistency across dealers and across marketing collateral
  • Continuing to develop our brand through regular posts on social media
  • Contributing skills and ideas to improve our processes and provide solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with a content management system and an email marketing platform
  • A general technical savvy and willingness to learn new programs as needed
  • Ability to thrive independently, take initiative, have self discipline, and readily communicate across offices
  • Strength in setting goals and adhering to deadlines
  • Excels with managing time to prioritize and accomplish a multitude of different projects
