Sangria Perfect for Autumn Cruising

Add every fall color into your sangria this weekend. You'll need:

  • 1 blood orange, sliced horizontally
  • 2 clementine mandarins, sliced horizontally
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into squares
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 cup of apple liqueur/brandy
  • 1 1/2 cups of chilled sparkling water
  • 1 bottle of chilled moscato wine
  • Ice

1. Chop up fruit and place in pitcher. Add honey and liqueur/brandy and let sit for 30 - 45 minutes.

2. Add the chilled wine, sparking water, and ice. Mix thoroughly. Can be served immediately or after a few hours in galley refrigerator.

For an added flourish, moisten the rim of your glass with water and swirl in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
