Rare 630 Hampton Sky-lounge
New to the area is this 2008 Hampton sky lounge. This vessel has nearly every available option when ordered from the factory and delivered in 2008. Options like 1050 Hp C-18 Caterpillars the can move this vessel to a top speed of around 24 knots but can also comfortably cruising at 12 to 14 knots. Only 1800 hours on both mains and had recently been serviced by Caterpiller, she is also equipped with two Kohler Generators one 23kw and one 13 kw giving you the ability to never over load or under load the units. Both units have very little hours on them and have have also been professionally serviced and ready to go into action. other options include a chilled water heating and air conditioning system with independent control in every room. chiller recently replaced and system serviced. Lower accommodations.
Moving forward along the port side of the vessel is access to the lower accommodations, along the outboard side is the location for the ships A/C and D/C breakers and power distribution panels a lit and carpeted stairwell leads you down to a corridor. just outside the master stateroom aft is access to the washer and dryer.
VIP stateroom.
The Vip stateroom is located forward and hosts a queen size bed with storage below the room has opening port lights and an overhead escape hatch, cedar lined hanging locker, this area is also equipped with 20" LCD tv, AM /Fm radio with DVD player, and air-conditioning and heating controls.
VIP Head.
The head hosts a tecma head, fiberglass shower stall with bifold door, Corian floor and countertop, sink with Grohe faucet and opening port light and exhaust fan.
Mid Guest stateroom.
This room has side by side berths with a night stand between, opening port light, AM / FM stereo with DVD player, 15" LCD tv, and a cedar lined hanging locker.
Master Stateroom.
The master has a queen size bed with a large amount of storage below, and a night stand cabinet at either side with storage, generous sized cedar lined hanging locker, opening port lights, there is a make up area to the port with a settee aft of that. the room also has independent air conditioning controls, AM /FM stereo, DFVD player, built in 26" LCD tv.
Master Head.
Corian floor, Countertop, and shower, Tecma head, Grohe faucet and recessed sink, opening port light and vent fan.
Boarding the vessel can be done with ease onto the swim step, there are also port and starboard boarding doors on the aft deck in the event you find yourself at a higher pier. one clever idea that Hampton does is they house the shore power cable in a covered trough in the swim step so you don't have to step on it. the vessel has 4 SS staple rails across the stern for safety, there is a recessed swim ladder, port and starboard shore power cables on glendinning cable masters, hot and cold shower unit. dock side water pressure connection, Across the transom is access to the Lazerette and engine room thru a watertight pantograph door. the Lazerette has loads of space for just about anything including a custom fender and line stowage.
Moving up to the aft deck can be done on either the port and starboard side with a safety door at the top for kids and pets. This area has a large table that could easily seat 6 people around for dinner or entertaining. behind a locker on both side houses the docking station with engine control and bow and stern thruster for easy docking. up a couple steps on the port and starboard leads you to the un-obstructed side decks for easy line handling, the large SS hand railings lead you to the foredeck with access to the windlass and there is also an area on the trunk cabin for a sun pad. back on the aft deck there is a hatch in the deck into the lazarette to the port is a bar sink with a pop down TV overhead. to the starboard is a stair/ladder with hatch leading you to the boat deck.
Entering into the salon thru the aft large glass and stainless steel door that can be locked open on those nice days for easy in and out passage. once in you immediately notice the fine cherry wood and burl joinery work that gives a very warm feel to the boat. the vessel has been completely re-carpeted and feels nice on the feet. to the Starboard is leather L shaped settee with storage below, and cherry wood coffee table. to the port are two very comfortable leather swivel chars with a set of drawers between. Across the forward bulkhead is the wall mounted TV with a beautiful book shelf Curio cabinet to either side, below this houses all the vessels A/V equiptment and loads of storage.
To the port is a wet bar area with built in wine cooler ice maker, sink and glass storage.
Up a couple steps from the salon leads you into the galley / Dining area with a beautiful Cherry and holly floor. The galley has a full size LG refrigerator freezer with ice maker, Gas 4 burner cook top, GE vent fan, GE full size under counter oven, GE Microwave convection oven, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, trash compactor, insta-hot water tap, dual stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, beautiful granite counter tops and loads of storage all around.
Going forward there is stainless steel aircraft style door to port and Starboard leading to the side decks, forward is a large U shaped settee with matching granite top with storage below, full wrap around windows gives this area a very bright and airy feeling. there is a TV mounted above the galley overhead cabinet that can be seen from the settee below is two bar stools that face the galley.
To the port side of the galley area is the Cherry and carpeted tread stairwell leading up to the sky lounge / Pilothouse. once there you have a very commanding 360 deg view through the frameless windows that have been recently pulled and re-sealed. this area is fully heated and air-conditioned, meaning you will find yourself of there in any kind of weather. At the helm you have two Pompanette platinum series helm chairs. Full Caterpiller engine instrumentation, Hynautic engine controls, bow and stern thruster, Westmar stabilizer control, anchor winch control, searchlight, variable speed and delay wiper controls, trim tab control, VHF, two Garmin units a 5212 and a 4212 plotter, depth and radar, security camera screens and vessel tank monitoring panel is located overhead.
Aft to the port is a large L shaped settee with storage below, there is also a high low table that can convert to a square that's large enough to seat 6 for dining or simply entertaining. Across on the Starboard there is a large counter with a new fridge freezer unit with ice maker, bar sink, loads of storage and a drop down TV in the overhead.
Going aft through the sky lounge door leads you to the boat deck there you will find that a 4' extension constructed of stainless piping and stamoid covering was added to the cabin top to shelter you from the sun and weather. sitting across the stern is a 12' Novurania 335 DL with a 25hp Yamaha four stroke, she is launched using the 1,000 pound davit with power rotation and remote. Across the forward bulkhead to either side are storage lockers
