BRIMMING WITH ALL THE AMENITIES AND EQUIPMENT TO CRUISE TODAY

The Ed Monk Jr designed Ocean Alexander 70 Classico LRC Motoryacht represents an important design advance as well as an enhanced opportunity for their current and future clients that wish to enjoy a big boat feel with a very manageable vessel that will provide ease of use, recessed covered walk around decks, luxurious comfort, ample storage, low maintenance exterior as well as easy to clean interior finished surfaces and long-range cruising livability.

Ocean Alexander was founded in 1978 by Taiwan businessman Alexander Chueh. The company’s first boat, a 50-foot pilothouse yacht designed by naval architect Ed Monk, Jr, established the Alexander brand in the U.S. market. In the mid 1980's Ocean Alexander launched a series of contemporary motor yachts to meet the growing popularity of pilothouse boats. Ocean Alexander is notable in that the company marketed their boats under the company brand, unlike many Taiwan builders in the 1980's and 1990's sold their boats to various importers who, in turn, marketed them under various names. During the 1980's and 1990's Ocean Alexander directed its efforts to becoming a leader in the Pilothouse Motoryacht category. Ocean Alexander has long enjoyed an enthusiastic market in the Pacific Northwest. With over 30 years of experience and 1,500-plus vessels delivered, Ocean Alexander is one of the world’s major builders of production motoryachts.

The Ocean Alexander 70 Classico LRC Motoryacht creates an open and voluminous feeling in a welcoming, dramatic and impressive interior layout. The expansive windows surrounding the entire main deck salon, galley and pilothouse brings light in from every angle making this yacht the perfect Northwest boat for year-round enjoyment. Boating enthusiasts appreciate and expect leading edge technology coupled with premium quality systems which are important to them, and you will discover the Ocean Alexander Yachts are outfitted with the finest equipment available.

And the 2003 Ocean Alexander 70 Classico LRC Motoryacht "Full House" is no exception. Highlighting "Full House's" distinctions include the reliable MTU 825HP mains @ 2300 RPM with dual Racors, Twin Disc model DD-5114A gearboxes with 2.50:1 ratio, Northern Lights 20kW generartor and second Northern Lights 6kW with air/water separators, Magnum 2500kW inverter (new Oct 2018) charging AGM house bank batteries, ProMariner ProTech 2425 24VDC battery charger – engine bank, Charles 5000 12VDC battery charger – generator bank, Professional Mariner Promatic 21-3 24VDC Charger – thruster bank, SidePower SP240 TCi 24VDC counter rotating dual prop bow & stern thrusters delivering 600 lb thrust each (3 control stations), Keypower 6 Sq.
